Coaches and Assistant Coaches

As the Region continues to grow and we strive to create a quality Soccer program for our children, we are going to need coaches and assistant coaches. Keeping in line with National AYSO and with recommendatons from FIFA, the Board has decided to reduce the number of players on the rosters for the lower age divisions and therefore give the coaches better opportunities to teach the players the game of soccer. This provides more coaching opportunites for more parents!

The Region will provide you with the training and supplies necessary to do your job! There will coach training sessions in San Elijo, San Marcos and La Costa that you can attend.

If you are interested in coaching, please indicate during registration.

All coaches must recieve age appropriate certification to be eligible for Secondary Play.

July 12, 8am-1pm: For U5/6 to U10 coaches. At Lower Softball Field/Community Center
August 8, 8am-1pm: For U5/6 to U10 coaches. At Lower Softball Field/Community Center

July 18, 9am-3pm: For U5/6 to U12 coaches. Walnut Grove Park- Region 127
August 1, 9am-3pm: For U5/6 to U12 coaches. Walnut Grove Park- Region 127
July 24-26, 6-9pm Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday, 9am-1pm Sunday: Intermediate Coach, U14 required
