Full refunds will only be considered before the program registration close date (July 31st for Fall) or if a player is selected to play on an AYSO United team. Only the division fee is refundable. The AYSO Registration Fee is not refundable. If the player is playing on an AYSO United team, the AYSO Registration Fee should be automatically applied there.

Refunds are requested via email to [email protected]. After Jul 31st, only 85% of the division fee (see Division Price on the order confirmation email) can be refunded. The remaining 15% is used to cover required Region credit card processing and order processing fees. The AYSO Registration fee is NOT refundable.

If a refund is initiated by Region 1505 (e.g., insufficient players to complete a team, insufficient number of volunteer coaches, player not selected from wait list, etc.) then 100% of the division fee will be refunded as well as the AYSO Registration Fee and the order processing fee.
